THIS Network that provides News,Info,Community,Educational and Entertainment, Thanks to KFAE 89.1 in Richland Washington,(CGR Radio)will be broadcasted to blind and handicapped listeners on its 67kHz subcarrier However, this requires a special FM radio capable of receiving such broadcasts.

These Radios are pre tuned to a closed circuit frequency.

I thank Thomas Hungate of KFAE 89.1, The Edith Bishel Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the blind and visually impaired in Southeastern Washington. And John Yegge, plus thanks to Frank from The Washington Talking Book & Braille Library as well.

A majority of Radio Reading Services like CGR in The US broadcast still on Subcarrier Radios that are normally loaned out to those who are in nursing homes or facilities or private residencies and a majority of the listeners cannot hold or read printed material.
